LonWorks networking platform is a powerful solution for today’s advanced control networking systems. It's the foundation for an open, diverse system in which products and solutions from world leading companies are integrated into many system components into one complete solution.
LON non-spring return actuators have many of the same features as the non-spring return actuators with the added benefit of an integrated interface for LONWORKS. The actuator can be easily installed by direct shaft mounting on air dampers in ventilation and air conditioning systems and controlled by any compatible LON controller or automation system.
The factory settings cover most common applications; however 
individual parameters, such as clamp, running time and cable length can be adapted for specific systems. Parameters can be modified with the PC-Tool.
Features of the LON actuators include:
- LONWORKS interfacing and functional profi le 8160 to enable network automation of various functions to increase building efficiencies
- Passive or active sensor can be connected to the actuator saving an analog input (available on non-spring only)
