Belimo’s ZoneTight zone valve is designed for maximum efficiency in tight spaces and sets performance standards for pressure dependent and pressure independent zoning applications. The QCV and PIQCV provide 95% less power consumption than conventional zone valves. The zone valve series easily connects to the actuator allowing operators and technicians to install valves quickly without tools, helping to reduce labor costs.
The ZoneTight range has expanded to include additional line voltage electronic fail-safe actuator operation for pressure dependent QCV, pressure independent PIQCV, and a retrofit solution for zoning applications.
The CQKBUP and CQKXUP actuator series offer electronic fail-safe functionality, on/off control, AC 100…230 V universal power supply, and UL certification. The new additional actuator models include:
- CQKBUP-RR (Normal Close / Fail Close (NC/FC))
- CQKBUP-LL (Normal Open / Fail Open (NO/FO))
- CQKXUP (Factory clip setting, cable option, NC/FC or NO/FO as ordered)
