The –HM series of actuators are intended for retrofit of LM24-M and LM24-10P-M actuators that have reached the end of their service life. These actuators are specifically designed as a drop-in replacement without any alteration to the existing VAV system. This means faster installation and instant commissioning without the need for a balancer or systems integrator.

• The –HM series actuator mounts in the same location as the current actuator.
• The existing 5 pin Molex connector plugs directly into the replacement actuator while 24VAC/DC power is applied to the separate plenum rated power cable.
• The –HM series actuator is designed to work seamlessly with the existing VAV controller without any need for modifications to hardware or software.

The –HM series actuator is based on Belimo’s new generation platform and brushless motor technology. This means torque is increased from 35 in-lbs to 45 in-lbs and the actuator runtime remains constant independent of load.
